About

Bringing people together in sustainable ways while packing a flavorful punch is the motto behind founder and owner Cristina McCarter’s growing charcuterie delivery business, Feast & Graze.

In the summer of 2019, the concept of Feast and Graze was born after hosting a cheeseboard-inspired festival, Craft Food and Wine Festival. The popular reception revealed a new demand for food entertainment for charcuterie arrangements, and Cristina jumped on the opportunity to make it a delivery service for any occasion, big or small. In 2020, Feast and Graze opened their first physical location in Midtown Memphis, allowing curbside pickup for their customers, and the business continued to grow rapidly. As the first black woman in America to open a cheese and charcuterie shop, she has also stood out as a pioneer in this field, showcasing leadership and creativity. Cristina chose her own lane, and she was leading it to a path for others to follow! She is now the official cafe for the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art and has her very own charcuterie bar opening at Poplar Plaza in 2024!

“Good food brings people together and good company keeps them there.”

Feast & Graze use fresh, in-season produce while incorporating different local makers into each cheeseboard. The convenience of artistic conception delivered right to your door makes this a go-to option for those looking to collectively engage guest palettes.

Some of Cristina’s favorite charcuterie pairings include Gouda with apple-bacon jam on a multigrain cracker, or a slice of salami spread with praline mustard, aged cheddar, and a pickle garnish.

For a sweeter bite, she recommends combining their signature whipped goat cheese with lavender and hot honey on a baguette, with either a blueberry or strawberry to complete.
