March is a month of significance for me—it’s Women’s History Month, my birthday month, and a time to reflect on how far we’ve come. As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and food curator, I’ve built a career around my passion for bringing people together over beautifully crafted food experiences.
The Journey to Feast & Graze
For those who are new here, I’m Cristina McCarter, the founder and CEO of Feast & Graze—a brand dedicated to luxury cheese and charcuterie catering that makes entertaining effortless and unforgettable. But my love for Memphis’ food scene extends far beyond charcuterie. I’ve spent years curating experiences that highlight local talent and flavors—from launching Craft Food and Wine Festival, to co-founding City Tasting Box with Lisa Brown Tucker, to collaborating on Feast & Graze x HighP Hour Wellness to bring fresh, healthy grab-and-go options to our city.
And now, I’m celebrating another milestone: Feast & Graze has a new home at Poplar Plaza! Our new storefront features a build-your-own charcuterie bar, giving you the chance to create your own custom grazing experience, tailored to your tastes.

Being a woman in the food and business industry has been a journey of persistence, innovation, and community building. I’ve had the honor of receiving accolades and press mentions for my work, but the real reward has been seeing the impact of what we’ve built—a space where people can come together, celebrate, and indulge in quality food made with passion.
